What exactly is photography? A simple Google search renders about 1,310,000,000 results. Many of the results come back with a generic explanation such as “the art or practice of taking and processing photographs.” However, one answer I found particularly interesting and straight to the point was simply: photography is vision. It is the ability to take an image and give it vision for the rest of the world to see. Netherlands based photographer, CuriousZed, has mastered this art.
Zdenek Sindelar, a.k.a. CuriousZed, is based in the Netherlands but he transcends time zones and continents with his photography. His attention to detail, manages to tell a story, even when the subject-whether it be a stranger, a kitten, or an entire city- is asleep. Zed is one of the more eclectic photographers of our time using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, along with Apple editing tools to perfect his work.
