The 2013 Essence Music Festival lineup was announced, and what a star studded affair it will be. Celebrating some of the smoothest grooves in the industry, the festival is in its 19th year and better than ever. This Summer New Orleans temperature will peak with the performances of Brandy and Keyshia Cole, as well as Maxwell, New Edition, Jody Whatley Charlie Wilson, LL Cool J, Brandy, Mint Condition, Big Daddy Kane, Blackstreet, Donnie McClurkin, Jill Scott all being announced. And the icing on the cake the honorable Rev. Al Sharpton will be in attendance as well. The Festival will take place July 4-7 in New Orleans, Lousiana.
